Need to redesign a website

I need to get our site to be redesigned. Site is currently working on our customized CMS but it is easy to integrate and my programmer will work with designer to help in integration too.

I want to give site new look and feel. Look should be professional and high in quality.

Site is related to SEO and Link building.
