Web Designer, CSS, XHTML & Web Standards

We are looking for a web designer well versed in css, xhtml and current web standards to redesign our current e-commerce site.

We will be needing:

1. Planning and wireframing
2. Redesign reflecting user interface knowledge.
3. Standards based HTML and CSS.

You will be working with an experienced project manager that will be able to provide clear guidelines of what is needed. We will implement the code in house with our current backend, so no coding is needed, except for the above mentioned.
