Web Designer

Boston-based ad agency (Conover Tuttle Pace) looking for WEB DESIGNERS to work with our growing interactive team.

We build websites, design software interfaces and create multi-tiered online solutions for a wide range of clients.

We're currently looking for someone who fits this description:
• 2-5 years professional web design experience
• Strong graphic, typography and web design skills
• UX and UI experience (navigation design, interaction design)
• Timeline-based Flash animation chops
• Available during regular daytime hours

While most responsibilities will be visual, these skills will likely come in to play:
• Wireframe design based on information architecture (sitemaps, flowcharts, etc)
• Knowledge of XHTML, CSS and perhaps even JS
• Experience developing rich-media banners
• Basic ActionScript

This is a position for someone interested in creating rich online experiences who gladly spends time learning about new technologies and ways of implementing their ideas.

It is initially a contract position, but could turn into a full-time gig for the right person.
