Hi there,

I've built 2 very similar (almost identical) WordPress websites for my
client and I'm looking for a skilled wordpress developer to
modify/customize my existing sites to match my PSD designs. I use
the latest version of WP (2.9.1) and have installed the Thematic
Framework (http://themeshaper.com/thematic/) with the Thematic
Feature Site Child Theme (http://themeshaper.com/thematic-
feature-site/).

(I may be looking to hire you in a full time position if things go well. If
you're not looking for a full-time position, I would still like to receive
your proposal and work with you on this project.)

Timeframe
5 Days (1 week max.) starting immediately when proposal is

Website Requirements
* must make CORRECT use of Child-Parent themes (parent theme
must not be touched! lots of info online)
* clean, hand-coded, table-less, CSS, XHTML code
* be compatible for both MAC and PC in Safari, Firefox, Opera,
Internet Explorer, Chrome (you will be required to test this using
Litmus app & send me the results)
* have images that are optimized to load quickly (without losing of
quality)
* match the PSD files pixel-perfect
* markup must be w3c validated
* have sIFR integration using WP-SIFR plugin
* fully-functional widget-ready
