WordPress Theme Designer

We are looking for a wordpress theme designer to help us (http://www.doublejdesign.co.uk/) designing a custom wordpress theme. All the layouts are ready, what we need is to design the theme graphically and convert them into wordpress theme (including coding). There might be some custom page templates. And there might be some ongoing website design jobs as well.
