Design a Theme/skin/template

I need someone to design a theme for my online shop, It's a new
store and I don't want to start off using an overused template, plus
I'm going to add Arabic as language in the website and the Arabic
layout is Right-to-Left not Left-to-Right, so everything becomes a bit
off when using an English template for an Arabic site.

Also, it should be done using CSS and XHTML Compliant code, AJAX
is highly preferred.

Drafts and multiple revisions are required.
