Logo + Teaser + Web design for a modern web service site for devs

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a great freelance UI designer / graphic artist, who can do the following for our soon-to-be-released new web service/site targeted towards mobile developers.

- Logo
- Teaser page (until the site is not publicly officially launched)
- Website design:
- Homepage
- Template for 1 or 2 internal pages (all other pages should have the same structure)

We need mainly the PSD, but might be interested in the html/css as well if priced well.

We need something that follows the current trends of the web2.0-style graphics and UI design. Something "light" and well readable, but still very appealing, nicely designed and cool.

I'd appreciate if candidates could:
- provide a link to their portfolio
- quote the logo / teaser / website UI / html+css parts separately
- provide the date of when you could start working on the project + the estimated required time to complete it
