Flash Interactive Developer

Fox News Digital is seeking an ambitious and innovative Flash Interactive Developer for its Web Development team. As an Interactive Developer, you will work closely with the design group to execute user interface elements, graphics, animation, demos and tutorials supporting the visual, branding, navigational and stylistic needs of Web sites and Web applications.

You should be a self-starter and enjoy finding out new and exciting ways to build web applications. You will use your creativity, skills, and development experience to bring the most thorough and engaging product possible to the end-user.

Requirements:
• AS3 fluency and extensive Flash development experience
• A firm grasp of OOP concepts and common design patterns
• Experience incorporating assets from artists and designers
• Familiarity with QA / Bug Tracking processes
• Passion for new technologies and a drive to find better ways of producing interactive web content

Additional experience a plus:
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development
• Data and Data service integration: SQL, XML, JSON, SOAP, etc.
• Experience working from SVN with other developers
• Familiarity with PaperVision3D, GoogleMaps API, Tweening libraries
• Some Mac/iPhone development experience
