Wordpress Theme Designer

I want to create an easy-to-use Wordpress theme for both beginners and probloggers that combines killer SEO, great flexible design, and the best monetization on the web.

The winning applicant will CREATIVELY show me proof of:
-SEO proficiency
-design capability
-Wordpress theme creation ability
-monetization implementation
-familiarity with other major themes available (Thesis, Unique, Frugal, Ultimate, etc.)

*NO APPLICATION will be considered without a portfolio of works you have created.*

For payment, I am looking for someone who is interested in a partnership agreement that includes a down payment plus a competitive commission per sale when the theme goes LIVE. Further, a long-term relationship for future projects should be a consideration of the applicant.

Regarding timeline, I want to move quickly on this project, aiming for a late-fall launch.

Again, the winning applicant will create a Wordpress theme with great SEO structure, that is flexible and simple to use, monetization-capable, and just downright pretty.
